Lefebvre Engineering FZC owns and operates a 70,000 square feet covered workshop sitting on a 350,000 square feet plot in Hamriyah Free Zone, Sharjah, UAE. The workshop as a capacity for production of more than 400 tons per month. It is certified to the ISO and ASME Standards.
It also operates Oman Aluminium Cast in Sohar, Sultanate of Oman with an annual capacity of 40,000 tons of aluminium bars and foundry alloys.
Its Engineering division is specialized in Robot Integration and Machine Design. It is also the exclusive supplier and integrator in the GCC for the Rotoweld automated pipe spool welding technology as well as the Laserax Industrial Laser Solutions.
Our proven track record as a world-class service provider to aluminium smelters speaks for itself. We can handle greenfield and brownfield projects from Design to Installation for busbars, cells, superstructures as well as many components for cast house, rodding shop and power plant.
As an OEM, we can provide machine building and manufacturing services for a wide array of industries. Our Workshop Capabilities allow us to be competitive by completing most of the fabrication and machining work in-house.
Our Engineering team uses the latest version of Solid Edge and SolidWorks parametric 3D Software for all of its job of Design and Engineering as well as for fixtures and jigs for fabrication jobs. For more complex needs, our Subsidiary Metaltech Gulf is specialized in Robot Integration and Machine Design.
Our machine shop is equipped with both CNC machines and conventional machines that can handle light and heavy jobs. We employ highly skilled and experienced operators, supervisors, technicians to carry out the work.
With over 100 welding machines and a 50 tons lifting capacity, our fabrication capacity is over 400 tons per month. We have developed more than 1,500 ASME-AWS and CSA qualified procedures for Steel, Stainless Steel, Aluminium, Aluminium Alloys, Chrome-Molybdenum as well as Nickel and Nickel Alloys. We currently use FCAW, GMAW, GTAW, and SMAW processes.
We offer Pipe Spool Welding services on-site or at our workshop. Our State of the art Automated Pipe Spool Welding Machine has a capacity of 420,000 Dia-Inch per year. It can weld pipes of up to 1.2 m in diameter up to 5 times faster than traditional methods.
Our experienced team can handle greenfield and brownfield projects in the Aluminium Industry from Design to Installation for busbars, cells, superstructures as well many components for cast house, rodding shop and power plant. We can also undertake projects in the Energy, Oil & Gas and Heavy Manufacturing industries.
Our workshop contains a 7,000 sq. ft. Contamination-Free dedicated stainless steel area. We can work with Duplex, Super Duplex and Molybdenum Alloys and our ASME U,PP, R and NB Certifications allows us to Build, Design, Repair and Alter Pressure Vessels.
